The Alliance focuses upon its convening power to bring emerging leaders together in order to have an opportunity to genuinely engage in dialogue and reflective practice in order to deal with global challenges. The Leadership Assemblies are exciting and creative opportunities for participants to focus upon building capacity for action. The capacity building which the Alliance provides either through its own work or in partnership with others ultimately impacts the work of individuals, organisations, systems and communities across a global context and strengthens the ability of those leaders to achieve measurable, positive, equitable results within their own communities.
